Josh was amazing in every way—very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Josh identified the type of swarmer ants that had come inside, treated the whole hose inside and outside (including soffits and foundation),dusted the weep holes, removed mud dauber nests, and wasp nests, etc. He answered all of my questions, and was efficient and thorough in inspecting the house for pests and treating the house for general pests. Great service, and great company!Posted on Google

Lisa Byard17 days agoWe moved into a home that had been vacant for a while, and there were a lot of spiders and mud daubers. Ryan was my first technician to use at SafePro, and he did the most detailed and thorough job! My second treatment, a different technician came out, and when I was a bit unhappy with services, they sent Ryan back out. Had I had the second technician for my first experience, I’m not sure I would’ve gotten a membership. However, them using Ryan has made me ensure I keep my quarterly services. He is by far, hands-down the most professional, quick, detail oriented and yet explains things to you type of technician. He does an amazing job, and we even added on some additional services after asking him for his advice. He retreated the areas and then some when he came out, and it’s never a problem or a hassle. He always remains in a good mood and takes care of my home promptly and efficiently. As long as Ryan stays with Safe Pro, I will stay as well!Posted on Google

Kimberly Parker87 days agoI've been a customer of Safe Pro Exterminating for almost six years, and I can confidently say they have earned my trust and loyalty. From the very beginning, they have been reliable, professional, and incredibly responsive. During each quarterly visit, they don't just complete the service...they take the time to explain what they're seeing, how they're treating any issues, and what I can expect moving forward. I truly appreciate being kept informed throughout the process. One thing that has always stood out is their willingness to work around my very busy schedule. They have consistently been flexible and accommodating, which has made maintaining my home's pest control incredibly convenient. In nearly six years of service, I've only had one concern regarding an employee who did not meet the level of service I had come to expect. What impressed me wasn't that an issue occurred...it's how Safe Pro handled it. The manager personally reached out to apologize, took my concerns seriously, and even arranged for two technicians to come to each visit until the technician I was most familiar with returned from leave. That level of accountability and customer care is rare, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. Over the years, I've had other pest control companies try to earn my business, but I politely decline every time. Safe Pro has consistently demonstrated that they value their customers, stand behind their work, and are committed to providing exceptional service. If you're looking for a pest control company that is dependable, communicative, and truly goes the extra mile, I wholeheartedly recommend Safe Pro Pest Control. Thank you for nearly six years of outstanding service...I look forward to many more! P.S. Their scheduling team rocks as well and is included in this review!Posted on Google
